ACCEPTABLE USE

Build expressive things. Do not use DROP3 to harm people, steal data, distribute malware, violate rights, or create unreasonable infrastructure cost.
1. ILLEGAL OR HARMFUL CONTENT
Do not upload or link to content that is unlawful; facilitates crime; exploits or endangers children; promotes terrorism; makes credible threats; encourages self-harm; contains non-consensual intimate material; or violates privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
2. SECURITY ABUSE
Do not host malware, spyware, ransomware, exploit code intended for abuse, phishing pages, credential forms, deceptive downloads, impersonation, hidden redirects, unwanted cryptomining, botnet infrastructure, or code that attempts unauthorized access to devices, accounts, or networks.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to host. Do not use DROP3 to distribute pirated software, games, media, models, textures, fonts, or other protected works.
4. PLATFORM AND NETWORK ABUSE
Do not evade limits, create bulk accounts, create or attempt to create hundreds or thousands of drops, repeatedly replace content to bypass quotas, automate abusive uploads, scrape excessively, generate artificial traffic, attack availability, probe infrastructure, interfere with other users, or use DROP3 as a generic file dump, proxy, command-and-control endpoint, or high-volume media CDN without written approval. These restrictions apply to Free and paid plans.
5. DECEPTIVE OR ABUSIVE EXPERIENCES
Do not misrepresent affiliation, imitate trusted services to mislead visitors, collect sensitive data without clear notice and lawful consent, harass individuals, publish doxxing material, or embed dark patterns that cause unwanted purchases, downloads, permissions, or subscriptions.
6. TECHNICAL BOUNDARIES
DROP3 hosts static browser files. Uploaded code must not expect server-side execution. Do not include secrets, private keys, environment files, or regulated data. Respect file, storage, request, and bandwidth limits, including limits shown in your account.
7. ENFORCEMENT
We may block requests or network activity, quarantine or remove content, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, deny future service, preserve records, limit resources, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy is violated or the service is at risk. Severe security, child-safety, fraud, mass-upload, cost-abuse, or legal issues may result in immediate action without notice.
8. REPORTING
Report abuse, security concerns, or infringement to cocotofyllc@gmail.com. Include the DROP3 URL, a concise explanation, supporting evidence, and your contact details. Use the subject "DROP3 ABUSE REPORT."
